Solo supplies Sweden with the best of the world’s jeans, as well as many other fashion items. The chain has a total of 12 stores in Stockholm, Uppsala, Västerås, Linköping, Gothenburg, Malmö and Helsinki.
The chain is targeted at young, discerning and curious customers who are more interested in quality and style than price. Solo’s customers are interested in all areas of fashion, art and design. The stores’ appearance is particularly important for Solo. In 2008 the chain rebuilt stores with a new appearance and image. The stores in Västerås and the flagship store in Stockholm were two of the first re-openings in accordance with Solo’s new concept.
The chain communicates with customers through its stores, as opposed to media advertisements. In the coming years Solo has a goal of opening more stores in Sweden.
