Urban is a lifestyle store with roots in the skate and snowboard scene. The chain experienced further growth in 2008 and now counts more than 31 stores in the larger cities of southern and central Norway.
Urban sells clothing and shoes, as well as sunglasses, goggles, hats, caps, and other accessories. The chain has a number of brand names in its portfolio. Every store is tailored to its location; the product range therefore also varies from store to store. Urban’s primary task in the near future is to strengthen its supporting operation around the stores, while the chain grows in Norway. In the long term, Urban is to be established internationally. The employees are the stores’ best marketers. Their knowledge about fashion and accessories is why customers prefer Urban.
